Grand Jury or Other Investigation

If you have been contacted by a State or Government agency about being a witness, target, or suspect in a Grand Jury or other criminal investigation, you need an attorney; no exceptions. Never agree to talk to a government agent/ police officer or provide consent to search or seize any documents or other materials in the absence of a search warrant. Each investigation is different but as a general rule having an attorney investigating the case from your perspective can make a huge difference and may result in reduced charges, or no charges at all.
